Terms of Service
Read this before you apply our strategies. We built Austin Map Pack Ranking to dissect the exact mechanics of local search. By accessing our guides, case studies, and frameworks, you agree to the rules laid out on this page. Effective date: May 17, 2026.
Acceptance of These Terms
You use this site, you play by our rules. We publish data-backed methods for dominating the Google 3-Pack. You read them. You apply them. You see the results. By accessing austinmappackranking.com, you accept this agreement in full. If you disagree with our approach or our terms, close the tab.
We do not cater to automated scrapers or content thieves. This site exists for Austin business owners and serious SEO practitioners. Your continued use of our resources constitutes a binding agreement to respect our intellectual property and acknowledge our disclaimers.
Intellectual Property and Our Content
We spend months testing GBP optimization tactics before publishing a single word. The case studies, citation lists, and ranking frameworks on this site belong entirely to us. We own the text. We own the custom graphics. We own the proprietary data sets.
You cannot scrape our content. You cannot copy our exact match DBA strategies and pass them off as your own agency’s research. We document the exact steps we take to push a South Austin plumber from page four to the top three. You can print our guides for your internal marketing team. You cannot package our Q&A optimization strategy into a paid course.
Respect the work. We enforce our copyrights aggressively.
Disclaimers and the Reality of Local SEO
Local SEO is volatile.
We provide information, not guaranteed professional advice. We test proximity signals and review velocity daily. We share what works for our clients right now. But Google updates its algorithm constantly. A tactic that pushes a roofer into the map pack today will inevitably face adjustments next month.
We do not guarantee you will rank in the top three. No credible SEO practitioner does.
You apply our NAP consistency frameworks at your own risk. We explain how to build local relevance through hyper-local content and consistent citations across 50+ directories. We show you how review velocity impacts your prominence score. How you execute those concepts dictates your success.
We are not responsible if your Google Business Profile gets suspended. If you decide to stuff your business name with city modifiers against Google’s guidelines, you own the consequences. We illuminate the blind spots in local search. We show you the edge of the rules. You decide how close to walk.
Limitation of Liability
If your rankings drop, you cannot sue us.
We eliminate the noise. We give you the signal. How you execute is entirely on you. Austin Map Pack Ranking, its owners, and its authors hold zero liability for lost revenue, traffic drops, or GBP suspensions. Business carries risk. SEO carries risk.
You own your business decisions. We simply provide the map. Under no circumstances will we be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our published strategies. You assume full responsibility for your own local marketing outcomes.
Affiliate Disclosure and Recommendations
We use specific local SEO tools to track rankings and audit citations. When we find a tool that actually reduces friction, we recommend it.
We occasionally use affiliate links. If you click a link for a grid tracker or citation aggregator and buy a subscription, we earn a small commission. It costs you nothing extra. We only link to software we actively use in our own agency operations.
We rejected 14 different citation tools before settling on the two we recommend here. Real testing. Real recommendations. We do not accept paid placements for software that fails our internal audits. If a tool stops working, we remove the link.
User Conduct and Communication
We keep our contact channels open for genuine inquiries. Do not spam our forms with automated SEO pitches or offshore link-building services. We delete them immediately.
If you comment on our case studies, bring actual data. We welcome debate on proximity factors and review gating. We do not tolerate abusive language, spam links, or generic filler. We moderate all user contributions to maintain a high-resolution understanding of local search for our readers.
Governing Law
We operate out of Austin, Texas.
These terms fall strictly under Texas law. If a legal dispute arises, we
